To get the quickest possible response:

Select an enquiry type that most closely relates to your request, so we know where to direct it. For example, trouble logging in? Select “Recover access to my account.”
Don’t send more than one ticket for the same issue—this will automatically push your enquiry to the back of the queue and slow down response times.
Remember that you’re messaging a person. We welcome constructive criticism, but abusive messages won’t be responded to and may result in your account being suspended.
